The Discontinue Painting portrays a dry landscape filled with large cracks, with deep canyons scattered across it. A sheep, walking along, suddenly halts at the edge of a canyon. This moment sparks a thought: will the sheep attempt to cross the canyon, turn back, or abandon everything and leap into it?
The landscape is barren, devoid of even a single blade of grass. Standing in such a desolate place, the sheep has reached a critical point. In the Painting, the sheep is merely a metaphor. The tension in the scene lies in the uncertainty of the sheep's decision.
