Childhood is like a treasure for me. I like to drench my paintings with all that I saw and observed in my growing years — depicting those emotions, flights of fantasy and cherished moments creatively, such as playing in rainy weather, imagining oneself floating over clouds, flying kites and many more beautiful things. My art is influenced by objects of childhood, like kites, birds, balloons, toys, trays and hats. It is an innocent charm of special memories that my paintings try to express. I feel joy when viewers start reviving their own childhood standing in front of my artwork. Most of my art, although connected to the self from my experiences and creative style, takes on an imagined character. In terms of technique, I like to use acrylic color in watercolor style, carving this into an exclusive technique.
