The background and symbolic elements are inspired by traditional leather puppet theatre
(Togalu Gombeyaata). The painting reflects the atmosphere of a puppet show where mythological stories are performed through music, narration, and dramatic expression.
One important scene represented in this work is taken from the Ramayana. It portrays the moment when Ravana challenges Hanuman regarding the throne. In response, Hanuman uses his spiritual power to extend his tail and creates a throne for himself, proudly sitting
upon it. I have symbolically included this powerful moment within
the composition to express strength, wisdom, and divine confidence. Through surreal imagery, traditional motifs, and layered textures, this painting connects folk theatre, mythology, and musical performance into a single visual narrative.

| Artist Description | The meaning of art can be viewed in two ways: firstly, it is in the eyes of the artist, but the expression of his personality makes both art and artist equal. secondly art is not something one would expect from his experiences... before knowing my artwork, let's take a look of background and analysis of my artwork, we grew up listening to stories of ramayana Mahabharata, and Bhagiratha when we were young. The puppet show is one of the show that brought stories into the art. Puppet show art has a history of 3000 years in many countries around the world. The puppet show is tailored according to the culture of the country. skiing in India has been shown in the villages as a thread of stories of Ramayana,Mahabharata, Kathasangama and many more. The prevailing phenomenon is that, in skateboarding, artists have almost left the game and now a days it is even less common to see skateboarding because modern entertainment media nowadays can be seen as an inspiration in one way or another, complementing the other. According to psychologists, visual arts are essential for the future of children's beautiful lives, but nowadays the art has deteriorated and is declining. Those who play skateboard now are rare, and those who savor this are only a handfull. I am tring to keep all of the ancient stories alive through my artwork. |
