The sensitive mind of the creative person always carves a dwelling in the realities of life. I am looking at the metaphors and symbols in the paintings Madan. All these are auspicious and sacred in simple forms but chosen from the nearby places or own home. Parrot, is his favorite metaphor which entered in his all the parts of his body. The reason is that parrot has speech power and beautiful. Perhaps Madan and parrot are bound to each other. Both share the experiences of the cage and the freedom of flying. Their sharing of emotions and the respect for Mother Earth. They are the card reader of the destiny. Being the vahana of kama parrot represents beauty.

Madan represents the garden of love in which trees, flora fauna dominate. Beautiful fish pools which he visualized by the village water channel in his childhood. Cock appeared in elegant form as the metaphors of time and alertness. Cock was pet and guards the wheel of time. It is always shown in the lap of the damsel as it is metaphor of fertility. There was hardly any house which did not had cock. Kasturi deer often occur with beautiful eyes. It represents illusion in which man roam for the whole life. He is well versed in the symbols which are sources of Energy. Bells chart music and divine Dhavani to get rid of the mundane desires. His hams too are significant. They are symbols of purity and justice. Images of lotus flowers too symbolize spiritual enlightenment and rebirth.

In his painting ’The Dawn’ he is one with the time. His colors are splashed in such a way that marks the beginning of twilight before sunrise. Dawn is known as Usha in the Vedas. She brings life of all. All the figures of birds and animals are arousing all life. Dawn is the life of all living creatures, the impeller of action and breath, Here Dawn is the most auspicious arouser of cosmic and moral order which is called Rta. Kasturii Deer in golden color ,shine and speed its fragrance. Dawn is portrayed as a beautifully adorned young woman who is making way for the Sun god. Dawn revives earth each day and it is well conceived by Madan. An eye of the deer is like the eyes of god and dispels darkness.

The most handsome man like a lyric is adorned with alamkaras. The entire canvas is like a piece of heaven. Purified desires are dominating through parrots. Have no words to summaries the painting as it is song sung by God Himself. Radiance beams have flown up to heaven.
