Artwork titled ‘Quest for Freedom’ represents expressive Hand Gestures questioning political tension all across the globe and barbed wires as symbolic form shows the physical borders between people and communities suggests manmade boundaries which tends to various conflicts which are endless. It also talks about religious fundamentalists responsible for destruction of communal harmony in our country today by sowing seeds of hatred between two communities and destroying the spirit of nation.

Using “Hand Gesture” as a foremost element in my artworks, which symbolises the human existence and the experience of humankind in this contemporary world, it questions how far we have come, commenting on social, political and cultural structure.
