Heritage of Ahmedabad – Hutheesing na Dera

I draw a line. I draw the second one and then the third one also. And I continue

drawing these lines until they lose their own individuality and give birth to a new

existence. These lines may seem absurd ( so is our life) sometimes but they have come

from my senses and experiences, and when they reach you look at them very closely and

they would reveal their obscured individuality. I am an architect and co-founder of

‘Urban Sketchers Ahmedabad’. I like to observe people, their lifestyle, culture,

architecture and their details fascinate me. Born in 1997, I am Dhaivat Panchal and I

draw lines! Thousands of lines! And that absurdity of lines asks me a question: ‘Do I give

meaning to the lines or lines give me the meaning?
