Asif Imran

Born in Murshidabad district of West Bengal, the rural space has played an important role in my growth. My higher studies also took me to the urban climes of Kolkata, where for seven years, I familiarized myself with a different kind of emotional and visual culture. This socio-economic reality also finds a voice in my artworks.
