Alolika Mukherjee

Alolika Mukherjee is a practicing artist based in Uttarpara, Hooghly. She completed her BFA in Painting from Amity University, Kolkata in 2022 and an MFA in Painting from the University of Kalyani in 2024. Her work creates mysterious environments within architectural spaces, shaped by a surrealistic use of color, light, and shadow. Incorporating everyday objects, she evokes both familiarity and unease. Her recent practice draws inspiration from the shift in her living environment, exploring isolation in confined spaces.
