As a practitioner, my main concentration is on observing, capturing, and recording Nature's strength and beauty, which manifests in so many diverse shapes and patterns. I was able to observe the various seasons in Santiniketan, each with its own unique qualities, bringing me closer to the beauty of nature. I consider myself to be a professional who captures the tranquilly, beauty, and metamorphosis of natural occurrences. I eventually wish to create an archive of many stages of nature. I search the area around Santiniketan for clues that can aid in my hunt for beauty.

Meet the Artist
I'm Raja Boro, an artist from Assam who lives and works in Santiniketan. My MVA in Printmaking is from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, and my BFA in Printmaking is from Kala Bhavana. As I enjoy exploring this medium, the majority of my most recent works are based on the woodcut technique. Since I've always loved the outdoors, I like to use my artistic practice to take a closer look at the landscape.
