Refund policy
Domestic
Refund of artwork sold in the domestic market is possible only if the product delivered by Abir Space is damaged. The buyer must report the damaged products within 48 hours of delivery and send us back the artwork within fifteen days from the invoice date failing which the liability of Abir Space ceases. Additionally, kindly refer below for our artwork policy:
Original Artwork - All original artwork sold by us is checked by Abir Space to ensure that it closely resembles the image on the Website. Therefore, we do not take returns. However, if the artwork reached the buyer damaged, we expect the buyer to notify the courier company within 48 hours of delivery and immediately get in touch with us and send picture of the damaged product. If the original artwork is determined to have been damaged in transit, you would get a full credit of the artwork cost paid by you including the shipping charges. We would credit your account, from which the payment was made, within 10 days after approval of your refund request.
Print - Abir Space checks every print to ensure it closely resembles the online image. However, due to printing, there can be small variations that are beyond our control. Therefore, we do not accept return for prints for image differences. Returns would be accepted for damaged products at the time of delivery. Please notify the courier company within 48 hours of delivery and immediately get in touch with us and send a picture of the damaged product and accordingly we will process your refund within 10 days after approval of your refund request.
In the event of a disagreement, Abir Space holds the right to make the final call on all returns. We would not be able to process any returns if it is not reported within the stipulated time period.
International
As there are no refunds possible for international shipments hence, we suggest to the intending buyer to clarify with us any point or doubt the buyer may have and fully satisfy themselves before making final payment.
