In this landscape, I tried to capture the subtle mood after sunset. you can see a blend of bright and gray tones in the sky, setting the spirit of the painting. The factory at a distance emitting smoke seemed to me as if the factory is creating clouds. The overall visual was giving me a calm feeling which I tried to portray through this landscape.

Ashutosh is an artist from Mumbai Maharashtra. He has done his graduation in portrait painting from Sir J J school of art mumbai.
The inspiration behind his paintings is the environment surrounding him and the people he observes.He believes the spontaneous approach while working helps him capture the mood and essence of the spot he is painting.
He is one of the co- founder of the Kanaga art foundation from Maharashtra which organizes residencies and workshops for artist.
Currently working as an freelance artist and faculty at Grahin Art Institute, Mumbai.
